  Purchased the perfume sampler at Christmas from this location. I lost the card that you use to receive a full size perfume. Went in to the store with all the samples and my receipt to get a full size bottle and they told me there was nothing that could be done. At all. The girl working told me to come back another day when a manager would be there. I came back the day she told me and the manager wouldn't do anything for me either. I know it's my fault I lost the card but, I just feel like this was the worst customer service ever. This combined with them never having products I want in stock I will never be going there again!

  They're always understaffed so it takes forever to check out and don't even try to ask a question because they won't know. They never give free samples unless you specifically ask. There is a guy there and he's really nice and good at color matching but if he's not there you're out of luck. Build a free standing store closer please because this one is terrible!!!
